Beauty Full Awards™ is a registered and fully protected trademark. Reproduction, imitation, or distribution of any logo, design, layout, or creative asset owned or licensed by Beauty Full Awards is strictly prohibited.
By submitting an entry, you consent to receive communications from Beauty Full Awards™ and its verified sponsors or partners regarding competition updates, industry opportunities, and event information. You can unsubscribe or update your preferences at any time through our email links.
Eligibility
• Entrants must be aged 18 or over.
• Individual and creative categories are open internationally.
• Brand and product categories are open globally.
• Finalist and winner titles are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and hold no cash value.
2. payments
All award entry fees are processed securely via our accredited online payment gateway. Beauty Full Awards™ ensures that all processors safeguard your data and retain it only as required for legitimate business purposes.
Payments are non-refundable unless explicitly stated. Refunds may be considered only for accidental duplicate submissions in the same category. Requests are reviewed by management but approval is not guaranteed.
3. privacy & data protection
We never store credit or debit card details.
Beauty Full Awards™ may retain limited contact and entry information (excluding payment data) to manage entries, provide customer support, and enhance the user experience. This data will never be sold or shared with third parties outside of verified sponsors or partners, unless required by law.
By entering, you acknowledge that your name, salon, clinic, or brand may appear in winner announcements, digital campaigns, and promotional materials connected with the Beauty Full Awards™.

4. Judging process
The Beauty Full Awards™ judging system upholds fairness, transparency, and integrity across all beauty, hair, barber, nail, make-up, aesthetics, and product categories.
4.1 Initial Assessment
Entries undergo internal review by our expert panel using a structured scoring system based on:
• Quality, creativity, and professionalism within the application
• Supporting evidence such as imagery, qualifications, or client transformations
• Inclusivity, equality, and ethical practice representation
• Online presence and brand presentation
4.2 Shortlisting & Final Judging
Shortlisted entries advance to independent industry judges unaffiliated with Beauty Full Awards™, ensuring impartiality. Each judge reviews applications individually and selects winners based on professional merit.
Gold, Silver, and Bronze placements are determined from final judge scores and aggregate panel evaluations.
4.3 Integrity & Confidentiality
Judges and panel members must:
• Not enter any category within the same awards year.
• Disclose any potential conflicts of interest (affected entries are reassigned).
• Maintain confidentiality before, during, and after judging.
Beauty Full Awards™ does not judge based on business size, turnover, or social-media following. No public-voting systems are used to maintain credibility.
4.4 Results
Finalists are notified via email within 30 working days of judging. If no notification is received, the entry has not been successful on this occasion.
All decisions are final and no correspondence will be entered into.

All text, images, and media on this site are protected by copyright. Reuse or distribution requires full credit and a visible link to beautyfullawards.com.
Finalists and winners may download official Beauty Full Awards™ badges, certificates, and logos for promotional purposes only. These assets must not be edited, resold, or misrepresented.
6. liability disclaimer
Beauty Full Awards™ accepts no responsibility for:
• Technical issues preventing entry submission
• Inaccurate or incomplete information supplied by entrants
• Damage, loss, or theft of materials submitted for judging
Participation in the awards is voluntary and entirely at your own risk.
