The Beauty Full Awards are proud to present an independent panel of respected judges – from celebrity stylists and educators to leading brand owners and beauty experts. Each judge is selected for their proven experience, integrity, and deep understanding of the hair, beauty, and aesthetics industries. Their role is to ensure every entry is assessed fairly, professionally, and with genuine appreciation for creativity and excellence.
BF Judging Process
Every entry goes through a clear, multi-stage judging process designed to ensure fairness, accuracy, and independence at every step. Here’s how the Beauty Full Awards judging system works from start to finish.

Our internal panel reviews each entry form and supporting evidence to confirm it meets the finalist criteria. Applications are assessed for creativity, professionalism, and quality before advancing to the shortlisting stage.

Scoring & Shortlisting
Scoring & Shortlisting
At least two panel members independently score every entry using our confidential judging system. Scores are combined to rank entries into tiers, ensuring a transparent and consistent shortlisting process.

Independent Final Judging
Independent Final Judging
Top-tier entries are re-evaluated by an independent final judge – a leading industry expert unaffiliated with Beauty Full Awards. They select winners based solely on merit, maintaining full fairness and impartiality.
Step 4

The Grand Finals
The Grand Finals
Gold winners are chosen by the final judge, with Silver and Bronze determined by panel scores. Results are revealed during the online Grand Final and featured in The BF Beauty Edit magazine.
