Every entry at the Beauty Full Awards is independently evaluated by a panel of respected industry experts, celebrating exceptional talent, innovation, and integrity across hair, beauty, aesthetics, and make-up.
We recognise brands and professionals of all sizes who inspire confidence and change. With a focus on inclusivity, sustainability, and diversity values, the Beauty Full Awards champion those shaping a fairer, more positive beauty industry.
The Process
From your first click to the moment you hold your certificate, we’ve made the process simple, transparent, and fair. Every entry is reviewed by genuine industry experts using clear criteria – so recognition is always earned, never bought.
Sometimes, our sponsors or partners may invite you to a pre-assessment. This involves our panel reviewing your social media and website to see if your credentials and presentation qualify you as a finalist for the Beauty Full Awards.
Criteria NOT considered for BF finalists:
– Business size (big or small, we support you).
– Social media popularity (1 follower or 1 million, it doesn’t reflect your work’s quality).
– Voting – we don’t ask for votes to ensure fairness for winners.
If pre-approved, you’re guaranteed to be shortlisted if you enter, and you’ll receive:
– A FREE digital finalist certificate
– A FREE digital badge for your materials and socials
– FREE marketing access on BF socials
– Access to finalist trophies
– FREE entry to the grand final ceremony, where you could win!
Pre-assessments are free and come with no obligation to enter. To be considered, please contact us and include your social media handles or website link.
Assessments:
After submitting your entry and application, our panel will evaluate your supporting information and photos. If you provide social media links, we’ll consider all evidence to see if you meet the criteria for shortlisting.
If your business is shortlisted for the finals, you will receive an email to inform you of the good news, providing you with:
- A FREE digital personalised finalist certificate
- A FREE digital finalist badge to add to your printed materials, website, and socials
Then, throughout the year, you will have:
- FREE access to marketing your business on BF socials
- Access to additional finalist merchandise to make the most of your title
- FREE access to the grand final ceremony, where you may just be placed as a winner!
We use our social media to promote your business and bring it to the forefront. Keep an eye out for invitations to collaborate on posts featuring your work.
Send us images of you with your certificate and trophy, and we will ensure that you get noticed.
By tagging us in your work and stories on social media, we will always do our best to repost and continuously support your business.
We will be launching various tools and guides to help boost your business and maximize your finalist status throughout the year.
In the closing month of the season, we ask our grand final judges to make the final decision on placements (yes, those prominent individuals actually dedicate a lot of time to reviewing your work!).
Entries close one month prior to the grand finals, giving our panel and grand final judges ample time to give your applications the attention and consideration they deserve.
The grand final ceremony is for creative entries only.
All creative category entrants will receive an email on the night of the grand final ceremony with a link to view the event, whether in the comfort of your own home, in the salon with your team, or dressed up at a nice table with an iPad!
Brand/Product entries will be asked to provide images to support their application. If you reach finalist status, you will be required to send three of each item you have entered (products will be tried and tested by our judges and will not be returned). Due to variations in non-disclosure policies with brands, product winners are not announced as part of the ceremony but are notified by email, and GOLD winners are published in the BF Beauty Edit magazine.
Entrants will be notified within 30 working days via email if they have achieved finalist status. Unfortunately, if you do not hear back, it means that on this occasion you were unsuccessful.
The judges’ decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

Once your entry form is received, our expert panel carefully reviews your application along with any publicly available online links, such as your website or social media profiles. If your work meets the finalist criteria, you’ll receive an email confirmation within 30 working days.
Our awards are open to qualified professionals, brands, and businesses across the hair, beauty, and aesthetics industries – from solo artists to national brands. Every entry is judged equally, regardless of size or following.
Entry fees are £25 per category, and you can enter as many or as few as you like. Every entrant is also automatically entered into the BF Ambassador of the Year Award, with the chance to win £1,000 – completely free. There are no hidden costs or event upsells. Every entry is judged equally, ensuring fairness and opportunity for all.
Yes – and it’s something we’re vehemently proud of.
Every entry is independently reviewed by a panel of respected industry experts. Our judges agree to strict transparency and impartiality terms, meaning they cannot enter the awards themselves, and must declare any conflicts of interest such as family members or employees. If a connection exists, that entry is reassigned to another judge to maintain complete fairness.
At the Beauty Full Awards, recognition is earned through merit, creativity, and professionalism – never payment or popularity.
We’re proud to stand against common industry practices we believe are unfair:
• No public voting systems – we don’t ask entrants to drive website traffic or compete for clicks.
• No “pay-to-win” fees – every entry costs £25, no more, no less, and no ticket upsells.
• No anonymous judges – our judges are publicly listed, qualified, and transparent, there’s no need for secrecy in a fair system.
• No brand bias – we’re fully independent and not affiliated with any product line or sponsor, ensuring results are never influenced by brand spending.
